Hi Everyone,

Now that Boris has made his announcement we can confirm we will have a physical return to meetings on Sun morning 25th of July at 10.30am. This will be a whole church meeting so it will be wonderful to get together with all our folk from Chesterfield, Alfreton and Clay Cross and we paln to make it a real celebration!

From that Sunday until September Chesterfield will be meeting at the Technique Stadium the home of Chesterfield football club which is down Sheffield Road next to the big Tesco. Please let me know if you require transport from town to the stadium. (Apart from whole church meetings, Clay Cross will be meeting at Stretton Village Hall as before. Alfreton have made a move to bigger premises at the Genesis Centre. Room to spread out and lots of room for visitors!)

The Stadium is an excellent place to meet. There is of course plenty of parking space . On arrival just walk through the front entrance and up one flight of steps opposite or use the lift. Stewards will direct you all the way. Though we are free of all restrictions ie we can fellowship, sing and there is no need to socially distance. I want to assure you that we will be cautious and do everything with safety in mind. There will be sanitisers available at the door and on tables, the chairs will be slightly spaced out to give plenty of room and though there will be no need to wear a mask feel free to do so if you feel that's right for you. We are also encouraging people to respect personal space. There will be refreshments at 10.30 with amazing home made cakes then we look forward to a dynamic celebration, praise and worship to lift our hearts ,lift the roof and lift up our Great God. Please come with great anticipation and excitement and maybe invite a friend too...thanks Dave
