LAST SUNDAY

We had a fantastic time with Andrew Murray last Sunday talking about the importance of coming to the feet of Jesus and yes we did get to hear the full story about the blind eyes that were healed the week before in Mexico.

In one of the team's meetings a lady had come forward for prayer during the meeting and Jesus healed her blind eyes so that she could see.  Andrew was talking to her afterwards and asked how far she had travelled to come to the meeting.  She said she was from California so he wondered where in Mexico there was a place with that name. But no, she meant California, USA and she was there on holiday. He joked that as well as the compulsory sombrero and donkey - she went home with the best holiday gift ever, her sight.  God just loves to do extraordinary things in the most unexpected of places!
