Thank you so much

We wanted to write and say a massive thank you for your prayers and for standing with us over the last few weeks as we have been working to raise vital support for our Neighbourhood ministry. Because of your friendship and generosity, we have been able to raise over £8000 so that we can continue helping the most vulnerable women in Uganda and South Sudan. We cannot thank you enough!

Because of your partnership, we are able to empower mothers with courses in discipleship, adult literacy, vocational training and business skills. But most of all, we are able to demonstrate the love of Jesus and help these women find hope for the future.

A generational impact

Not only has your generosity impacted the lives of the mothers in our care, but it also means that their children now have a different start in life. Through Watoto Neighbourhood, we are able to provide access to education and medical care but most importantly, the children have an empowered mother to support them in to their future.

Leaders in the Community

Our Neighbourhood Mothers are also encouraged to reach out into their communities, using what they’ve learned to help equip other women with vocational skills. We’ve seen the powerful impact of this approach, as some of our mothers have replicated in their own neighbourhoods what they’ve learned from us. We are so proud of the leaders they’re becoming as they embrace and train other women on their journey.
