This Sunday could be an experience of a lifetime for you.  Yes, we will spend time remembering those men and women who gave their lives for us but we will also honour the one who went to the cross that we might have eternal life. 

Jesus said, 'I have come to give you life and life to the full.'

The experience of pleasing and warming the heart of God by our sincere, heartfelt worship is amazing and the great thing is that the Bible says that God is no man's debtor.  As we honour him the experience we enjoy can be life shaping and amazing.  I believe this Sunday tears of love may be shed, laughter and joy could burst out, hands raised, knees bowed, and so much more.

Whichever of the many ways we may choose to express our love, I pray our hearts might feel like exploding.  The Psalmist puts it this way: 'I will BURST into jubilant song'

God honours faith, expectation and enthusiasm.  Come ready to meet God.

I think it was John Wesley in 1738 who said when he encountered a touch from God: 'My heart was strangely warmed.'  This Sunday may OUR hearts be strangely warmed as we have a new encounter with God.
